Sibling to the other geometry-series silver maple in this collection, and cut from the same rescued wood. The series is where I let bowls stop behaving: deliberately thick walls, unusual forms, shapes that put the idea of a bowl under pressure. Like its sibling, this one does not chase everyone. It waits for the person it was carved for, and starts conversations while it waits. Silver maple fights the tools, fibrous and stubborn, but the subtle grain that comes through in the end is the reward for the argument.
Another mislabel corrected: the old listing said Tuxedo, but this came from the St. Anne's Road curbside rescue, the stack of silver maple logs waiting for the garbage trucks that I loaded into my vehicle instead. Saved from the landfill, carved into the geometry series.

One of one. When it is gone, it is gone. Ships worldwide, fully insured, from the Winnipeg workshop. Every piece carries its tree’s record: where it stood, its rings, and the carving on film. Leave your details and Sean replies personally, usually the same day.
